Convocation

Convocation will take place

June 24, 2026 at 5:00pm

Doors open at 4:00pm

RF Staples Main Gymnasium

All guests MUST have their ticket to get in.

Convocation fees of $120.00 have been added to your child’s powerschool account and if they did fundraising, the fees have already been adjusted to reflect this. All School Fees including Convocation fees MUST be paid prior to picking up tickets.

The convocation fee covers 7 guests tickets per graduate (they do not require a ticket), the cap and gown (their’s to keep), a memento gift, all equipment rental for convocation including extra chair rental and audio/visual services provided by KIWI Productions. We will have NO extra tickets so if you require more, have your graduate ask their friends.

Once all fees are paid, tickets can be picked up starting June 10, 2026 at the main office of RF Staples. They will have to be signed for.

If your son/daughter is NOT participating in the formal convocation, please call Mr. Dachyshyn and let him know.

 

Information will follow regarding Convocation Cap and Gown pick-up and rehearsal, etc.

Convocates are reminded that  all convocation fees and all outstanding school fees must be paid in full to pick up your tickets.
