Schedule for students to get items from their lockers

Students will be allowed in the school to retrieve items from their lockers according to the schedule below. When coming to the building please follow hygiene protocols of washing hands on arrival and departure. 

 

Students are required to;

  1. Remove everything from their lockers,  both hallway and PE lockers.
  2. Clean and wipe down lockers. Cleaning products will be supplied.
  3. Textbooks, workbooks, supplies and resources all need to go home.
  4. Walk by each of their teacher’s classrooms. There are specific resources and items that may need to be collected. This may include but is not limited to band instruments, novel studies, and assignments that may be ready. 

Wednesday, Mar. 18

Students with last names beginning 

A – D 9 :00 am – 10:00 am

E – H  10:00 am – 11:00 am

I – L  11:00 am – 12:00 pm

M – P 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

Q – T  1:00 pm – 2:00 pm

U – Z  2:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Students with last names beginning

U – Z  9:00 am – 10:00 am

Q – T  10:00 am – 11:00 am

M – P  11:00 am – 12:00 pm

I – L  12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

E – H 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm

A – D 2:00 – 3:00 pm

 

To regulate numbers, we request that students only come during their scheduled time.  We are also asking students to check in at the office before going to their lockers. 

 

If you are not able to come during your scheduled time, please contact the office to make alternate arrangements.
