We recognize that the transition from junior to senior high can be challenging and often difficult for students.  Our goal is to strengthen the partnership between school and home to ensure our students are successful in this transition.  We would like to invite all grade 9 students and their families to our annual Grade 10 Orientation Night on Wednesday, April 10th at 7:00 pm in the main gym.  While we are mindful that this is a busy time of year for students and families with extra-curricular commitments, we do ask that you make this evening a priority.  Students and staff of R.F. Staples will be on hand to discuss all things related to the high school experience.  The evening will include information on curriculum, the registration process and extra-curricular opportunities.  Guided tours of our school and CTS labs will be available before and after the registration session.  Students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to Grade 10 Orientation Night.  We look forward to working with students and their families as they continue their educational journey.
